Can I pick up my order?
We're sorry, but we don't currently offer local pickup.
Why can't I set a password?
The password requirements are:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must contain at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number
If you forget your password and password reset doesn't work, please email us at info@aquariumkingdom.com.au and we'll send you a new password so you can log back in.
How long before you process and dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We're constantly shipping orders out from Sydney every day of the week (excluding weekends and public holidays)!
So no matter when you need your order, we'll get it to you as soon as possible.
We send most of our items via Australia Post, but for bulky items, we may use a courier.
What condition are the items you are selling?
Everything at Aquarium Kingdom is brand new and in great condition! We don't sell used products, so you know you're getting the best of the best when you shop with us.
Can I order from outside of Australia?
At present we only deliver within Australia.
Purchasing for an educational institute?
We love supplying schools and universities with our amazing aquarium products! If you're purchasing on behalf of an educational institute, please contact us at info@aquariumkingdom.com.au and we'll help you out!
